• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and custom jewelry.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us for assistance.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
